    These are easy and so cute!

    List of Ingredients




    Pears (it helps if they will stand upright on end)
    white chocolate/almond bark dipping chocolate
    mini chocolate chips
    bit of solid shortening

    Recipe



    Melt white chocolate in top of double boiler, adding and stirring in about a tsp of solid shortening to make it a bit thinner.

    Stick popsicle stick down into pears next to stem. Dip fruit into white chocolate, not coving the entire top of fruit. Sit up on wax paper. Add two mini chocolate chips for eyes. Let sit to firm.

    I sat mine individually into sandwich bags and tied a bit of raffia around top around stem to close them.
