    Really easy and pretty tasty.

    List of Ingredients




    3 lb. beef roast
    1-12 oz. favorite beer
    1 cup ketchup
    1 tsp. salt
    black pepper to taste

    Recipe



    Put roast in crock pot, cover with ketchup, salt and pepper. Pour beer over. Cook till tender!
