    I tried these with some beef ribs last weekend and they were pretty tasty.

    List of Ingredients




    1 or 2 racks of baby back ribs (or any ribs, the ones I made were not baby back)
    ginger ale
    BBQ sauce
    onion, sliced
    brown sugar
    black pepper
    coarse salt (opt.)

    Recipe



    Peel off skin from back of ribs if possible. Place ribs bone side down in shallow baking pan. Add giner ale until ribs are almost submerged. Sprinkle brown sugar and pepper on ribs (salt if you choose, I did add a bit even though the recipe didn't call for it originally). Place onion rings on top of ribs. Cover with foil and bake at 300* for 3 hours. Take out and remove from liquid. Brush favorite BBQ sauce on top and bottom. Place on medium grill or back in oven for 15 min., turning frequently.
