My friend just gave me ingredients...no amounts. So, these are the amounts I came up with. My family also noted that it would be good to put drained, sliced mushrooms with the spinach.
List of Ingredients
1 bag frozen ravioli (about 2#...whatever filling you like...I used beef)
1 jar of prepared alfredo sauce (about 16 oz...we actually wished we had put a little more sauce between layers...may use a bit more next time I make it)
16 oz. frozen chopped spinach (thawed and water squeezed out)
shredded parmesan cheese (about 1/2 cup)
2 c. mozzarella shredded
Recipe
Spray 2 qt. casserole dish. Starting with sauce, layer in this order...sauce, ravioli(single layer), spinach, parmesan, mozzarella. Repeat layers one or two more times, ending with sauce and then cheese.
Cover and bake (I sprayed the foil with cooking spray before loosely covering) at 350* for about 45 min. Remove foil and bake another 15 min. or until cheese slightly browns. Let rest 10 min. before serving.
