This is very good...even my kids loved it.
List of Ingredients
1 lb. skinless, boneless chicken breast
1-16oz olive oil/vinegar dressing or italian dressing
1 ready to bake pizza crust (I used Boboli)
8 oz. feta cheese, crumbled
1-4 oz can artichoke hearts
8 oz. mozzarella, shredded
Recipe
Cut chicken into bite size pieces and place in container with 1/2 of salad dressing. Marinate in refrigerator 3-5 hours. Preheat oven to 400*f. Brush large baking sheet with 2 tb. of salad dressing. Put the crust on sheet. Brush the top of crust with 2 tb. dressing. Drain chicken. In hot skillet, saute chicken for 5 min. Sprinkle feta over crust. Drain artichoke hearts and squeeze out any excess moisture. Tear them into bite size pieces. Place chicken and artichoke hearts over feta, covering entire pizza. Sprinkle mozzarella over all. Bake 15-18 min. Remove, let stand 2 min., and cut into 8 wedges.
