Chicken with Tomatoes and Mushrooms

Easy and yummy. I served this with risotto.
List of Ingredients
4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves (about 1 1/2 lbs)
coarse salt and ground pepper
1 tb. olive oil
1 lb. mushrooms, trimmed and quartered
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 - 14.5 oz can of stewed tomatoes
1/4 tsp dried oreganoRecipe
Season chicken with salt and pepper. In large pan, heat oil over med high heat; add chicken to pan and cook until golden, 4-6 min. Transfer to a warm plate. Add mushrooms; cover and cook until softened about 5 min. Add garlic, tomatoes and oregano. Reduce heat to med low. Cook, covered, until tomatoes have broken down, 10-15 min. Return chicken and any accumulated juices to pan; cover and cook until chicken is opague throughout, 4-6 min. Turn chicken to coat with sauce, and serve.
