    Very tasty.

    List of Ingredients




    5 pork chops
    1/2 c. uncooked rice
    1/2 c. diced green pepper
    2 c. strained tomates (I used 14oz can diced tomates and 2 oz of water)
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper

    Recipe



    Brown chops slightly in hot pan. Remove and add rice to the fat in pan. Allow rice to brown slightly, stirring. Add pepper to rice and stir. Add tomatoes and seasoning. Add chops back into pan. Cover, cook on low for 1 hour. I checked the pan occasionally to make sure the rice was not sticking.
