List of Ingredients
9" unbaked pastry shell
1 # pork sausage (I use mild, but use what you like)
1/4 c. chopped onion
10 1/4 oz. can of cream of potato soup
1/2 c. water
10 oz pkg frozen mixed vegetables, thawed
1/4 c. dry bread crumbs
1/4 c. grated parmesan cheeseRecipe
Preheat oven to 425*. Saute sausage and onion in skillet until browned. Drain off excess fat. Stir in soup, water and vegetables. Cover and simmer 5 min. Pour into unbaked pastry shell. Combine bread crumbs and cheese. Sprinkle over top. Bake at 425* for 25-30 min until golden brown.
