Old Fashioned Potato Salad

Quite delicious and simple.
List of Ingredients
8 c. coarsely chopped cooked potatoes (I cook mine in salted water)
4 chopped hard cooked eggs
1/2 c. finely chopped onion
1/3 c. sweet pickle relish
1/2 c. chopped celery
3/4 c. mayo or salad dressing
1/3 c. sugar
1/3 c. evaporated milk (more as needed)
1/3 c. cider vinegar
2 tsp prepared mustard
1 tsp saltRecipe
Combine potatoes, eggs, onion, relish and celery in large mixing bowl. In seperate bowl, stir mayo, sugar, milk, vinegar, mustard and salt. Add dressing to potato mixture and stir gently. Cover and chill for 4 - 24 hrs. Stir in a little additional evap milk to moisten the salad after chilling, if necessary. Yield 9 servings
