    My version of an internet search recipe

    Very yummy.

    List of Ingredients







    1 lb. lean ground beef
    1 egg
    1/2 c. fresh bread crumbs
    3 tb. grated parmesan cheese
    2 tb. grated onion
    1 tsp. salt'1/4 tsp. pepper
    6 c. chicken broth
    6 c. water
    1 tsp. onion powder
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1 tsp. celery salt (I used 1/2 tsp. celery seed and 1/2 tsp. salt)
    2/3 c. orzo or acini de pepe, (tiny rice shaped grains of pasta)
    2 c. thinly sliced escarole (we used frozen chopped spinach)
    grated parmesan cheese

    Recipe



    Combine first 7 ingredients and form into tiny balls, about 1/2 " in diameter
    (large marble).
    Bring water, broth, onion pwdr, garlic pwdr, celery salt, salt and pepper to
    taste....to a slow boil in stock pot. Add the meatballs a few at a time into
    the soup. Let cook a few min....about 10 min. Scoop out with slotted spoon and
    set aside. Add the pasta and cook 5 min. Add the escarole or other greens.
    Add meatballs back. Heat and serve. Top with parmesan cheese (I just stirred
    a tablespoon into my soup pot before serving.

    Yummy!
