    Tee's Tamale Soup

    This is very tasty! I crunched up my tortilla chips and put on top of my soup with other condiments noted.

    List of Ingredients




    1 can black beans

    1 can chili beans

    1 can rotel

    1 can diced tomatoes with juice

    1 pkg taco seasoning

    1 can shoepeg corn

    ½ tsp cumin

    1 can tamales

    1 lb ground beef



    Recipe



    Brown ground beef. Add all ingredients (except tamales). Be sure to add all juices in the cans too. Simmer over low heat. Add tamales cut into bite sized pieces the last 10 minutes before serving. Serve with cheese, tortilla chips, sour cream, onions and cilantro.
