List of Ingredients
1 # bag baby carrots
2 tb. olive oil
1 tsp house seasoning
2 tb. butter
2 tb. chopped fresh parsleyRecipe
Preheat oven to 350*. In large bowl, coat carrots w/ oil. Toss w/ house seasoning and place in a 13x9 pan. Roast until tender, approximately 30 min (stick a knife into the biggest carrot to test for doneness). Remove from oven and toss w/ butter and parsley.
House Seasoning:
1 c. salt
1/4 c. powdered garlic
1/4 c. black pepper
