    1 smoked turkey leg or wing
    Chicken broth (about 4 cups)
    1/2 tsp red pepper flakes, or less
    3 tb olive oil
    Salt
    Pepper
    1/2 diced onion
    1 tb minced garlic
    1 tb vinegar

    Three bunches of any greens, washed and in bite size pieces. I like collards, mustard, spinach

    Saute onion and garlic in oil. Add chicken broth to about 3” in pan and smoked turkey part. Add pepper and red pepper flakes. Stir in vinegar. Bring to boil and simmer covered til turkey is falling off bone. Remove meat from bone and leave in pan, taking bone and skin out and discarding. Add all greens. Push down into liquid. Cover and cook until desired doneness. Salt to taste.
