    Easy and tasty.

    List of Ingredients




    2 c. shredded zucchini
    3 eggs, beaten
    1/2 c. veg oil
    1 med. onion, chopped
    1 c. grated cheese
    1 c. Bisquick

    Recipe



    Mix all together and pour into a pie plate (I sprayed the pie plate with cooking spray first). Bake at 350* for 25-35 min.

    I let mine cool about 5 min. before cutting.
