My favorite scalloped potatoes
List of Ingredients
Peeled and sliced potatoes
Butter
Havarti cheese
Milk
Salt and pepperRecipe
Spray baking dish.
Layer potatoes, butter knobs, havarti cheese, salt and pepper.
Repeat until pan as full as you want. Fill to top of potatoes with milk or cream.
Bake at 350* about 1 1/2 hours until potatoes tender. Cool. Best if make ahead and rewarm on 250* the next day before serving.
