    2 lb. ground beef
    1 egg, beaten
    1 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1 can cheese soup
    3/4 c. cream
    2 tsp. mustard

    Recipe



    Combine first 7 ingredients into a bowl, mixing well. Shape into bite-size patties. Place into baking dish, bake at 400° for 10 to 12 minutes. Blend soup, cream and mustard in saucepan. Cook until heated, stirring often. Serve patties on toothpicks with cheese sauce.
