RHUBARB BREAD

List of Ingredients
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. white sugar
1 egg
2/3 c. salad oil or 3/4 c. shortening
1 c. sour milk or buttermilk
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 to 2 c. diced rhubarb
1/2 c. chopped nuts
TOPPING:
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. cinnamon
1 tbsp. butter
Recipe
Grease and flour 2 bread pans. Add all ingredients together in order given. Pour batter into bread pans until about half full. Sprinkle top of batter with topping mixture. Bake for 1 hour in a 350 degree oven.
