Nacho Potato Casserole
1 (16 ounce) bag frozen country style hash browns
2 cans Campbell's fiesta nacho cheese soup
1 can diced Ro*Tel tomatoes, drained
1 small red onion, diced
Salt and pepper, to taste
Recipe
In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients. Pour into a buttered casserole dish. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until heated through.
May also be microwaved on HIGH for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
