    Pretzel Salad

    2 2/3 cups chopped pretzels
    1 1/2 cups butter
    12 ounces cream cheese
    1 and 1/4 cups sugar
    1 large package frozen strawberries
    3/4 carton (9 ounce) Cool Whip
    1 large box strawberry jello
    2 cups pineapple juice

    Recipe



    Soften and beat together cream cheese and sugar; set aside. Mix crushed pretzels and melted butter. Press into 9x12 inch pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes. Spread cheese mixture over pretzels. Spread Cool Whip over cheese. Chill. Dissolve Jell-O in hot juice; add strawberries and let partially set. Pour over other ingredients; allow to set.
