Serves: 6 (4-oz. servings)
2-1/4 c. skim milk
1 small can (6 oz.) frozen orange juice concentrate
Sugar substitute equivalent to 1/4 c. sugar (Splenda)
1/2 tsp. vanilla
8 ice cubes
Ground nutmeg or cinnamon, optional Recipe
Process first 4 ingredients in food processor or blender until smooth; add ice cubes and process again until smooth.
Serve in small glasses; sprinkle with nutmeg or cinnamon if desired.
