1 1/2 Cup flour
1/3 cup sugar
1 teaspoon salt
2 packages dry yeast (not dissolved)
¾ cup milk
½ cup water
½ cup oleo
2 eggs
Recipe
Combine 1 cup flour, sugar, salt, yeast
Heat milk, water, oleo over low heat (120-130 degrees). Add dry ingredients, beat 2 minutes at medium speed
Add ½ cup flour and eggs - beat 2minutes.
Add flour to make stiff batter
Cover and Refrigerate for at least 2 hours (up to 3 days). Roll into 3 - 9x12” rectangles.
Brush with oleo.
Combine 1 cup sugar
1 tablespoon cinnamon
Sprinkle over dough. Roll up. Cut into 1 inch slices place 9 on greased 8” round pan. Cover, let rise.
Bake 20-25 minutes in a 375 degree oven
