Chicken Wings - Buffalo Style

2 1/2 pounds chicken wings (12-15 wings)
1/4 cup Red Hot Sauce (more to taste)
1/2 cup butter or margarine meltedRecipe
Split wings at each joint and discard the tips. Wah and pat dry. Deep fry wings in deep fryer at 400 degrees for 12 minutes or until completely cooked and crispy. Drain. Combine melted margarine and hot sauce and coat wings completely. Serve with celery and blue cheese dip.
