    Iroquois Gas Corporation Serves 8

    1 cup evaporated milk
    1 cup pineapple juice
    16 marshmallows (1/4 pound)
    1 1/4 cups crushed pineapple
    1/4 teaspoon salt

    Recipe



    Scald milk in double boiler. Pour into bowl and chill until ice cold. Mix together in double boiler the marshmallows, crushed pineapple and pineapple juice, salt and lemon juice. Heat until marshmallows are light and fluffy, stirring constantly. Chill thoroughly. Whip milk until stiff and fold into pineapple mixture. Freeze without stirring.
