Makes about 2 1/2 quarts
List of Ingredients
1 pound lean ground beef, browned and drained
1 cup chopped onion
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
5 cups water
1 (28 oz) can tomatoes, undrained
2 Tablespoons Wyler's Beef Flavored Instant Bouillon or 6 Beef Flavored Cubes
1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon pepper
2 cups frozen hash brown potatoes
1 cup frozen peas and carrots
Sour cream and chopped parsley optionalRecipe
In bot combine all ingredients except sour cream and parsley; mix well. Cover. Set temperature control on 275 degrees; cook 6 to 8 hours. Stir before serving. Serve with sour cream and parsley if desired. Refrigerate left overs
