1 pound ground beef
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/2 cup small bread cubes
3/4 cup finely chopped onion
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 can Campbell's beef broth
1 can (10 3/4 oz) Campbell's Tomato Soup
1 cup cooked small shell macaroni
1 cup cooked peas
1/8 teaspoon thyme leaves, crushedRecipe
Mix thoroughly beef, egg, bread cubes, 1/4 cup onion, salt; shape into 36 meatballs. In large pan, brown meatballs and cook remaining onion in 2 Tablespoons shortening until tender; pour off fat. Add remaining ingredients. Heat; stir often.
