Shrimp Dip #2
I suppose that this recipe got its name because, at one time, I actually had a Shrimp Dip #1. But this one's so darned good that, somewhere along the way, the first one disappeared.
1 (8-oz.) package cream cheese, softened
1 (10-3/4 oz.) can cream of shrimp soup
1 (4 oz.) can tiny shrimp, drained
1/4 tsp. lemon juice
1/8 tsp. garlic salt
Beat softened cream cheese (soften for 20 seconds in microwave at high setting),
cream of shrimp soup, lemon juice and garlic salt. Do not overbeat. Add shrimp and
mix well. Refrigerate overnight.
