Cajun Spice Mix
This mixture comes from a cookbook entitled "Cook, Eat, Cha Cha Cha". It was released by the famed Cha Cha Cha restaurant of San Francisco. Check out their Sangría recipe under "Beverages". (But get a designated driver first!)

2-1/2Tbsp. cayenne pepper
2-1/2 Tbsp. garlic powder
2-1/2 Tbsp. onion powder
1-1/2 Tbsp. ground black pepper
1-1/2 Tbsp. ground white pepper
1 Tbsp. dried thyme
1 Tbsp. dried oregano
