    Bits o' Teriyaki Chicken

This one comes from nlb, a woman who has contributed so many amazing recipes to Gail's Recipe Swap (epicurious.com).
    Try it: you'll like it!

    1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
    1 tsp. sugar
2 whole chicken breasts, skinned and boned
    1 tsp. cornstarch
    1 Tbsp. water
    1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    2 Tbsp. toasted sesame seeds

Combine teriyaki sauce and sugar in small bowl. Reserve 2 Tbsp.
Cut chicken into 1-inch pieces; stir into teriyaki sauce mixture.
Marinate for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Remove chicken and combine reserved marinade, cornstarch and water in small bowl; set
    aside.
Heat oil in hot wok or large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and sesame seeds; stir-fry 2 minutes. Stir in cornstarch mixture and cook and stir until mixture boils and thickens and chicken is tender, about 1 minute.
