    Sherry Chicken

    Here's one of those "add a can of this soup and that soup and, while you're at it, a can of that one, too" kind of recipes. But your guests will never guess that you raided the pantry to produce this delicious dish. Serve it over cooked rice, and you'll have a meal that they'll be begging for more of!!


    8 chicken breast halves, skinned
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 cup sherry
    1 red bell pepper, minced
    4 to 5 ribs of celery, chopped


    Arrange chicken in a fairly deep baking dish. Combine soup, sherry and vegetables and pour over chicken. Bake uncovered at 325º F. for 2-1/2 to 3 hours.
