    Salad Dressing

    I found this one in a very old church cookbook from the '50's. Who'd have thought of adding A-1 Steak Sauce to a salad dressing? Certainly not me!!


    1/2 cup sugar
    1/2 cup vegetable oil
    1/2 cup white vinegar
    1/2 cup ketchup
    4 tsp. A-1 steak sauce
    2 tsp. dry mustard
    2 tsp. salt
    1-1-1/2 tsp. ground black pepper


    Mix well. Keep refrigerated. Shake well before serving. Makes about 1 pint.
