this recipe was a long time in the works, but i finally perfected it especially for my brother galen who drives a hundred miles for it!!! (GOOD LUCK CHEF SEAN- IT JUST WILL NOT HAVE THE RUTH AROMA~~!!) TEE HEE
List of Ingredients
2 lb beef london broil boneless
2 medium onions sliced
1 can swanson's beef broth
4 tbl olive oil
2 cloves garlic chopped
flour
1/2 tbl morton's seasoning BLEND
salt & pepper to taste
3 tbl worcestershire sauce
1 small can tomato paste
1 small sour cream
1 small bag NARROW egg noodles
Recipe
slice beef into 1x2 inch strips and coat throughly with flour. in large skillet heat olive oil and sautee' beef, onion, and garlic until beef lightly browned. add beef broth, seasoning blend, salt, pepper, worcestershire sauce, and tomato paste. simmer LOW for about 2 hours until beef is very tender. add sour cream and simmer for 5 minutes. serve over cooked pasta.
****this is a dish for next day or night left over, but not a freeze dish.****
