1 LB LEAN GROUND BEEF
1 TBL OLIVE OIL
1 MED ONION CHOPPED
1 5 OZ CAN WHOLE TOMATOES COURSLEY CHOPPED
1/2 TO 1 CUP WATER
1 TACO BELL BRAND TACO SEASONING MIX
1/2 TBL CHILI POWDER
1/4 TBL CINNAMON (ADDS A SUBTLE UNEXPECTED TASTE SUPRISE)
1 TSP SALT
3 DROPS TEXAS PETE HOT SAUCE
SHREDDED SHARP CHEDDAR CHEESE

BROWN GROUND BEEF AND ONIONS IN OLIVE OIL AND DRAIN WELL.MIX ALL INGREDIENTS EXCEPT THE SHREDDED SHARP CHEDDAR CHEESE AND SIMMER COVERED FOR ABOUT 30 TO 45 MINUTES. (DEPENDING ON YOUR TIME FRAME- THE LONGER IT SIMMERS THE BETTER THE FLAVORS BLEND.) WHILE SAUCE IS SIMMERING PREPARE VERMICELLI ACCORDING TO PACKAGE DIRECTIONS UNTIL AL DENTE.
SERVE THE SAUCE OVER THE VERMICELLI SPRINKLED GENEROUSLY WITH THE SHREDDED SHARP CHEDDAR CHEESE. *****ENJOY!!!!!
