4 FRESH CHICKEN BREASTS (OR EQUAL AMOUNT CHICKEN TENDERS)
1/4 CUP BUTTER
1 MEDIUM ONION SLICED
2 CLOVES GARLIC MINCED
SPRINKE SALT
SPRINKLE PEPPER
3/4 CUP SWANSON'S CHICKEN BROTH
1 CUP VIDALIA ONION VINEGARETTE SALAD DRESSING
Recipe
MELT BUTTER, ADD ONION, GARLIC, SALT, AND PEPPER AND SAUTE ABOUT 5 MINUTES. ADD CHICKEN AND BROWN LIGHLY ON BOTH SIDES. ADD VIDALIA DRESSING AND BEFF BROTH, COVER AND SIMMER VERY LOW UNTIL CHICKEN IS DONE.(DON'T OVER COOK THE CHICKEN- I RELY ON A MEAT THERMOMETER TO ASSURE CHICKEN IS DONE YET STILL TENDER.)SERVE OVER COOKED VERMICELLI (THE BEST) OR WHITE RICE.********ENJOY!!!!!
