List of Ingredients
- 2 boxes of avocadoes (frozen) or 3 med ripe avocadoes
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 cup (8 oz) dairy sour cream
- 1/ 2 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
- 1 package taco seasoning
- 2 cans (10 1/2 oz) plain or jalapeno flavored bean dip
- 1 cup large bunch green onions, with top, chopped
- 3 medium sized tomatoes, cored, halved, seeded an chopped
- 1 package (8 oz) sharp cheddar cheese
- Large round tortilla chips
Instructions
- Peel, pit and smash avocadoes in a medium size bowl, with lemon juice, salt and pepper.
- Combine sour cream, mayonnaise and taco seasoning, in a separate bowl.
- To assemble:- spread bean dip in a large shallow serving platter- top with seasoned avocado mix- layer with sour cream - taco mixture- sprinkle with chopped onions, tomatoes- cover with shredded cheese
- Serve chilled with chips.
