    List of Ingredients


    • 2 Tbsp - oil
    • 3 lbs - chicken, cut into pieces
    • 1 can (14.5 oz) - whole peeled tomatoes
    • 1/2 cup - sliced olives
    • 1 clove garlic - finely chopped
    • 1 envelope - Beefy onion soup mix
    • 1/4 cup - dry red wine
    • 1 package (8 oz) - broad egg noodles


    Instructions


    1. Brown chicken in oil.

    2. Add tomatoes, olives and garlic.

    3. Then add the beefy onion soup, blended with wine.

    4. Simmer for 30 minutes.

    5. Cook noodles according to package directions.

    6. Serve chicken and sauce over hot noodles.
