    Chicken and Broccoli Stuffed Potatoes

    List of Ingredients


    • 2 Tbsp - oil
    • 1 pound - chicken breast, cut into strips
    • 1/2 pound - broccoli, cut into pieces
    • 1 can (8 oz) - water chestnuts, drained
    • 1/2 tsp - ground ginger
    • 1/4 tsp - garlic powder
    • 1 envelope - onion soup mix
    • 1 cup - water
    • 2 Tbsp - soy sauce
    • 6 - hot baked potatoes


    Instructions


    1. Heat oil and cook chicken till done.

    2. Add broccoli, water chestnuts, ginger, and garlic powder (cook for 2 minutes).

    3. Stir in onion soup mix, blended with water and soy sauce.

    4. Bring to a boil, and then simmer for 5 minutes.

    5. Cut potatoes in half and spoon on chicken mixture.
