    List of Ingredients


    • 2 Tbsp - margarine
    • 3/4 cup - bell peppers
    • 1/2 cup - chopped celery
    • 1 can (14.5 oz) - whole peeled tomatoes
    • 1 Tbsp - finely chopped parsley
    • 1 envelope - Lipton onion soup mix
    • 1/2 cup - water
    • 1 pound - shrimp cooked and drained


    Instructions


    1. In 12-inch skillet, melt margarine and cook celery and pepper till tender.

    2. Add tomatoes and parsley.

    3. Add onion soup mix blended with water.

    4. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer for 20 minutes.

    5. Add shrimp, cook until pink.

    6. Serve over hot rice.
