Thin Pasta with Crab Meat

List of Ingredients
- 2 med - plum tomatoes
- 1 small - onion
- 1 clove - garlic
- 1 (16 oz) can - lump crabmeat
- 1 Tbsp - olive oil
- 1 (8 oz) bottles - clam juice
- 2 Tbsp - dry sherry
- 1/4 tsp - white pepper salt
- 3/4 (16 oz) package - angle or thin spaghetti
- 1 Tbsp - chopped parsley
Instructions
- Seed and dice tomatoes
- Dice onion.
- Slice garlic clove.
- Pick over crabmeat to remove any cartilage.
- In saucepan, add oil and cook garlic.
- Remove garlic, add onion, and cook until tender.
- Stir in tomatoes, clam juice, sherry, white pepper and 3/4 tsp salt.
- Heat to boil, reduce heat, cover and simmer 10 minutes.
- Stir in crabmeat.
- Prepare pasta in a saucepan.
