    Thin Pasta with Crab Meat

    List of Ingredients


    • 2 med - plum tomatoes
    • 1 small - onion
    • 1 clove - garlic
    • 1 (16 oz) can - lump crabmeat
    • 1 Tbsp - olive oil
    • 1 (8 oz) bottles - clam juice
    • 2 Tbsp - dry sherry
    • 1/4 tsp - white pepper salt
    • 3/4 (16 oz) package - angle or thin spaghetti
    • 1 Tbsp - chopped parsley


    Instructions


    1. Seed and dice tomatoes

    2. Dice onion.

    3. Slice garlic clove.

    4. Pick over crabmeat to remove any cartilage.

    5. In saucepan, add oil and cook garlic.

    6. Remove garlic, add onion, and cook until tender.

    7. Stir in tomatoes, clam juice, sherry, white pepper and 3/4 tsp salt.

    8. Heat to boil, reduce heat, cover and simmer 10 minutes.

    9. Stir in crabmeat.

    10. Prepare pasta in a saucepan.
