    Very economical cake to make.

    List of Ingredients




    3 cups unsifted flour
    1 1/2 cup sugar
    1\3 cup cocoa
    2 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
    1 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
    1 1/2 cup mayonnaise (I prefer Kraft)
    1 1/2 cup water
    1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Sift dry ingredients together. Stir in mayonnaise gradually stir in water and vanilla until smooth and blended. Pour into pans and bake 30 minutes or until cake springs back when touched in the middle.
