Sweet & Sour Stew Beef

Recipe Introduction
A different way to use up stew beef. My husband thought of it and I gave it a go and it was suprisingly good. This feeds about 6 adults (on rice), but it would be easy to reduce to half.
List of Ingredients
2 lbs. stew beef
2 cans tomato soup
2 teaspoons garlic powder
1 tsp. salt
1 tablespoon pepper
1/2 tsp. ginger
3 dashes worchestire sauce
1 diced onion
1 diced green pepper
1/4 cup flour
1/4 cup margerine
1/8 cup vinegar
1/4 cup brown sugar
3 cups water
Recipe
Brown stew beef.
Cook onion and pepper until soft and add tomato soup, water and spices with beef and heat on low for about 1 and a half hours. Add vinegar and sugar. Melt margerine and mix the flour with it. Add to pot stirring quickly.
Serve with boiled rice.
