    Egg & Sausage Casserole

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 lb. breakfast sausage (browned, crumbled & drained)
    • 12 large eggs
    • 1/2 cup water
    • 1/2 cup milk
    • 1 cup shredded cheese
    • 1 tsp. salt
    • pepper to taste


    Instructions


    1. Preheat oven to 350.


    2. Spread browned sausage in the bottom of greased 13 x 9 inch baking dish.


    3. In large mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, water and milk until well blended.


    4. Pour egg mixture on top of sausage.


    5. Sprinkle cheese on top of egg mixture.


    6. Bake for 35 minutes until eggs are set and lightly browned on top.




    Final Comments


    Veggies can be added to this if desired. Just sprinkle on top of sausage layer before egg mixture is poured on top, i.e. onions, bell pepper, chopped broccoli, etc.
