    Apple - Pecan Crisp

    List of Ingredients


    • 3/4 cup sugar
    • 2 tablespoons self rising flour
    • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
    • 6 cups sliced golden delicious apples (6 med)
    • Topping:
    • 1 cup flour
    • 1 cup packed brown sugar
    • 10 tablespoons margarine
    • 1 cup rolled oats
    • 1/2 cup chopped pecans


    Instructions


    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.


    2. Grease 13 x 9 pan with shortening or cooking spray.


    3. In large bowl mix sugar, flour and cinnamon.


    4. Slice apples, add to mixture. Stir to coat evenly.


    5. Pour in baking dish.


    6. Topping:


    7. In medium bowl mix flour and brown sugar together.


    8. With fork, cut in margarine until it looks like coarse crumbs.


    9. Stir in oats and pecans. Sprinkle this evenly over fruit mixture.


    10. Bake 30-35 minutes or until topping is golden brown.
