    Carrot Cake

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 1/4 cups oil
    • 2 cups sugar
    • 2 cups all purpose flour
    • 2 teaspoons baking powder
    • 1 teaspoon baking soda
    • 1 teaspoon salt
    • 2 teaspoons cinnaman
    • 4 eggs
    • 1 can crushed pineapple
    • 3 cups grated carrots
    • 1 cup chopped nuts
    • 1 cup coconut


    Instructions


    1. Mix oil and sugar.


    2. Sift in flour, baking powder, soda, salt, cinnamon.


    3. Add 4 eggs, one at a time. Mix well.


    4. Add pineapple, carrots, nuts and coconuts.


    5. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour.
