    Chess Pie

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 stick oleo
    • 1 1/2 cup sugar
    • 1 tablespoon flour
    • 1/4 cup pet milk
    • 1/4 cup buttermilk
    • 1 teaspoon vanilla
    • 1 deep dish pastry pie shell or 2 regular pastry pie shells (UNCOOKED)


    Instructions


    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.


    2. Melt oleo, add sugar and flour. Beat with spoon.


    3. Add eggs, one at at time, beating with spoon as each is added.


    4. Add milk and vanilla.


    5. Mix well. Pour into UNBAKED pie shell.


    6. Bake for 35 minutes.



    Final Comments


    Yeild: Makes 1 deep dish pie or 2 regular pies.
