Coconut Pie

List of Ingredients
- 1 cup of sugar
- 4 tablespoons s/r flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups milk
- 1 cups pet milk
- 1 can coconut
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 2 pastry shells or graham cracker shells
Instructions
- Combine sugar, flour and salt.
- Stir in milk.
- Cook on stove top stirring constantly until thickened. (will scorch easily)
- Cook 15 minutes more, stirring occasionally.
- Beat eggs. Gradually stir into hot mixture.
- Cook 5 minutes stirring constantly or until thick enough.
- Remove from heat, add vanilla.
- Pour into cooked and cooled pastry shell or a graham cracker shell.
- Let cool and refrigerate.
