Heavenly Hash Cake

List of Ingredients
- 2 sticks margarine, softened
- 4 tablespoons baking cocoa
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 1/2 cups self-rising flour
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup nuts
- 3 cups miniature marshmellos
- Icing Ingredients;
- 1 stick margarine, softened
- 1 - 16oz box powdered sugar
- 4 tablespoons cocoa
- 4 - 5 tablespoons evaporated milk
Instructions
- Beat margarine and sugar until well blended.
- Add eggs, mixing until well blended.
- Add flour and cocoa until well blended.
- Stir in nuts.
- Pour into greased 13 x 9 baking dish and bake for 45-50 minutes @ 350 degrees. Toothpick test for doneness.
- After removing cake from oven, pour marshmallows on top and allow to melt.
- Mix icing ingredients together and marbelize with marshmallow layer by gently runnign a butter knife back and forth and across cake.
