    Heavenly Hash Cake

    List of Ingredients


    • 2 sticks margarine, softened
    • 4 tablespoons baking cocoa
    • 2 cups sugar
    • 1 1/2 cups self-rising flour
    • 4 eggs
    • 1 cup nuts
    • 3 cups miniature marshmellos
    • Icing Ingredients;
    • 1 stick margarine, softened
    • 1 - 16oz box powdered sugar
    • 4 tablespoons cocoa
    • 4 - 5 tablespoons evaporated milk


    Instructions


    1. Beat margarine and sugar until well blended.


    2. Add eggs, mixing until well blended.


    3. Add flour and cocoa until well blended.


    4. Stir in nuts.


    5. Pour into greased 13 x 9 baking dish and bake for 45-50 minutes @ 350 degrees. Toothpick test for doneness.


    6. After removing cake from oven, pour marshmallows on top and allow to melt.


    7. Mix icing ingredients together and marbelize with marshmallow layer by gently runnign a butter knife back and forth and across cake.
