    List of Ingredients

    3 egg whites (room temp)
    1/3 cup sugar
    1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar

    Recipe

    Beat egg whites with mixer until soft peaks.

    Add sugar and tartar gradually. Keep mixing until stiff peaks.

    Cover pie.

    Bake until brown at whatever temp your pie recipe calls for.
