    Peaches and Cream

    List of Ingredients


    • 3/4 cup self rising flour
    • 3/4 stick oleo
    • 1 egg
    • 1 small box instant vanilla pudding mix
    • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
    • 1 - 29 oz can sliced peaches
    • 8 oz package of cream cheese
    • 1/2 cup sugar


    Instructions


    1. Mix oleo, flour, egg and instant pudding to form a crust in a 10 inch pie plate.


    2. Drain peaches and layer in bottom of pie plate.


    3. Reserve the juice.


    4. Mix cream cheese, sugar and 8 tablespoons of juice from peaches and pour over the peaches.


    5. Mix 1 tablespoon sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle over the filling.


    6. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
