King Crab au Gratin

List of Ingredients
- 1 - 6 oz container frozen crab meat
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 1 cup milk
- 1.2 cup light cream
- 1/2 cup chick broth
- 3/4 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 - 4 oz can of mushrooms (drained)
- 2 tablespoons grated onions
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 cup fine bread crumbs
Instructions
- Defrost crabmeat.
- Melt butter in saucepan. Stir in flour until smooth.
- Gradually stir in milk, cream and broth.
- Cook, stirring constantly, over low heat until sauce is smooth and thick.
- Add cheese, mushrooms, onions, salt and paprika.
- Stir until cheese is melted.
- Stir in chunks of crab. Pour mixture into well greased 1 1/2 quart casserole dish.
- Sprinkly bread crumbs over top.
- Bake at 400 fro 10-15 min or until top is golden brown.
