List of Ingredients
- 1 slab of St. Louis style ribs
- 1 bottle of Sweet Baby Rays Sweet & Spicy BBQ Sauce
- salt
- pepper
- garlic powder
- onion powder
- hickory Kingsford charcoal
Instructions
- Remove skin from the bone side of the ribs.
- Sprinkle with dry spices front and back.
- Grill on hot grill for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
- Make sure you get a good browning and char on the meat.
- Remove from grill and put in a 9x13 baking dish and cover with bbq sauce.
- Cover with foil and cook 2 hours on 350 degrees.
