    BBQ Ribs

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 slab of St. Louis style ribs
    • 1 bottle of Sweet Baby Rays Sweet & Spicy BBQ Sauce
    • salt
    • pepper
    • garlic powder
    • onion powder
    • hickory Kingsford charcoal


    Instructions


    1. Remove skin from the bone side of the ribs.


    2. Sprinkle with dry spices front and back.


    3. Grill on hot grill for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.


    4. Make sure you get a good browning and char on the meat.


    5. Remove from grill and put in a 9x13 baking dish and cover with bbq sauce.


    6. Cover with foil and cook 2 hours on 350 degrees.
